This is information regarding VILLA ARMI and the numerous possibilities offered for an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Armi is situated just outside the village of Episcopi 12 kilometers from the town of Rethymno on the road towards the town of Chania. The Villa is about one kilometer from the longest sandy beach in Crete and it gives you a panoramic view of the whole area.
Its position makes it ideal for excursions as it is very near the main road. Lake Kournas one of only two lakes in Crete, is about 5 kilometers away as are the Springs of Argyroupolis, water springs in very green and cool surroundings with a number of cafes and restaurants.

The Villa is furnished with well maintained old and new furniture and fully equipped with all electrical appliances including cooker,washing-machine , dish washer, microwave oven , toaster ,TV , radio cd cassette player etc.
There is a central heating system for the Winter days.

It is a two storey building 220 sq.meters area built in an olive plantation 6000 sq.meters area.
On the ground floor there is a big open plan kitchen-lounge with a fire place, a double bedroom and a toilet with shower .
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and bathroom toilet. Baby cots are provided. Can also sleep other two persons on couches. So it can accommodate 8-10 persons.

On arrival you will be welcomed with fresh season fruit and flowers normally from our garden.
You will be offered local wine and raki (typical Cretan drink) to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
During your stay you will be offered selected local specialties so that you can sample the authentic tastes of the island.
Pure olive oil from our field is provided for your cooking. Take the opportunity to use the barbecue, burning olive tree wood and enjoying your dinner on the green lawn outside. You will have the company of friendly pets, a dog and three cats.
